COMMON ORTHOGRAPHY OF THE TURKISH LITERARY LANGUAGE

Abstract. The Turkish language has created favorable opportunities for the cultural unity of the republic and communities. One of these opportunities is related to the establishment of the common Turkish literary language in the Turkic world. The article analyzes the necessity of the unity of common spelling of the Turkish language. Similar diversity should be taken into account when the common spelling rules of the Turkish literary language are prepared. It is forgotten that the Turkish language belongs to the group of agglutinative languages. This group is mainly characterized by adding a suffix to the word root. In these languages, as a rule, the grammatical weight falls on suffixes that express only one meaning. Common orthography of Turkic languages is one of the most urgent problems of Turkology. The subject in question is one of the complex and multifaceted issues. Based on phonetic, morphological and traditional principles, "rules of common orthography of Turkish literary language" should be drawn up. The article talks about common orthography in Turkic languages. Language is a phenomenon that lives and develops with its internal objective regularities. Therefore, the subjective intervention of people who do not take into account its natural essence can always affect the internal structure of the language. What is mentioned in the article should be reviewed when "Orthography rules of the common Turkish literary language" are prepared. Descriptive, comparative, etymological and analysis methods of linguistics were used in the article.
